How this works
A timestamp link is the video address plus a start time in seconds. The tool accepts 1:30, 1:02:03, 90 or 1h2m3s and gives you both the short youtu.be form and the full watch form.
For chapters, paste one line per chapter in the form “0:00 Title”. The tool checks the rules YouTube applies before it shows chapters: the first must be 0:00, there must be at least three, times must increase, and each chapter must be at least 10 seconds long.
Passing the check means your list follows those rules. YouTube decides whether to show chapters, and it may also need them placed in the video description.
Nothing is sent to a server. No YouTube quota is used.
