How this works
This tool reads a channel's 50 most recent public uploads and groups them by the UTC day and hour they were published. It shows when the channel posts and which slots got the most views, based on that history only.
A slot is only ranked when at least two videos with public views were published in it. Its index is the slot's median views divided by the channel's overall median, so 1.5 means videos posted then got about 50% more views than typical for that channel.
Older videos have had longer to collect views, and the publish time is one of many factors (topic, title, thumbnail). This shows what has gone together with more views for this channel, not what will cause them. Use it as a starting point to test, not a rule.
Times are in UTC. Convert them to your audience's time zone before you schedule anything.
